I'm writing today because it is so rare that a company really goes the mile to make sure their customer is satisfied. I purchased this system in the fall of 2011 and installed it right away. It wasn't long before it paid for itself in helping to identify 4 thieves that tried to steal my dog. I was able with the pictures that I was able to download/capture from the dvr system to find them and put them on notice that they were identified. Initially i was not able to get the online remote viewing to work and so I contacted the sales/support person, Mark, and he began working with me to rectify the settings. It was and painstaking process and he worked with me diligently and professorially and never gave me any excuses or tried to not be helpful. their continued diligence and courtesy is very appreciated and definitely not the norm today. If you are looking for a system that will secure an average home this is a great one. If your looking for a company that is over the top- this is the one. Wes Leibrook, Hamilton, Ohio
