Return Policy

We do everything we can to prevent returns, but sometimes it happens and for that, we apologize and promise to do everything we can to make things right.

From the day you receive an item, you have five (5) days to return it if you’re not satisfied (this means the item needs to be SHIPPED and
IN TRANSIT within five days after you receive it).  Before you decide to send it back, we recommend the following steps:

1.  Give us a call (our number is at the bottom of the page).  Sometimes we can help you fix the problem or resolve the issue over the phone and this saves everyone time.

2.  If the product still isn’t working or you simply decide that you don’t want it, then you’ll need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This allows us to track the return.  It will also need to be placed on the outside of the package so we know how to process it.  We cannot return an item without an RMA number, so please make sure you get one.  Fill out the form below or call us to begin this process.

3.  Once you have obtained an RMA number, ship the item back.  For your own security, we recommend insuring the package and include tracking.  If an item is received back that is damaged (from shipping), we can not issue a refund and it is up to the shipper to work with the carrier to establish an insurance claim.

4.  If the item is defective, then we’ll either fix or replace the item at no additional cost to you and ship it back.  If you’re returning a product within the five day window, then we’ll issue a refund less shipping and handling (we do not refund shipping and handling costs).  Please allow up to ten business days after we receive your item to process the return.  If it’s beyond the five day return window (i.e. you've taken 6 or more days to ship something back), then we’ll use our discretion on issuing an in-store credit less a 25% restocking fee.  This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5.  If you’ve kept the item over 30 days, then it is yours to keep indefinitely at no additional charge.  Please call about extenuating circumstances.
