Q. How does this device run the software covertly?
A. Activatee the "Program Invisible" function by clicking the "setting" and check the "program invisible" check box.  To make visible, Press "Control" + "shift" + "down arrow key" - this will bring it back to visible mode.

Q. Why does it stop recording when the screen saver comes on?
A.  The program needs to be set to "Auto Run" mode: go to Operation/Settings, there is a checkbox that says autorun. If that is checked the software will run automatically. If it is not checked, check it and reboot the computer.

Q. What audio file format does it record in?
A. Compressed WAV.

Q. Is it compatible with Voice Over IP?
A. The PC 002 does not support VOIP

Q. Why when I connect the PC002 to my computer do I not have sound from my speakers?
A. In some cases the computer with think the connected PC002 is a sound card and will override your default sound card settings disabling the sound on your computer. Go to your sound and recording settings on your computer and return the sound card to its default settings.
